Welcome to Sollentuna and Sollentunavallen

This year we are also welcoming athlete’s in the competition category U20 to compete at the Sollentuna Combined Events Challenge. They are competing under the same days as the Women and Men but they don’t compete against the Women or Men classes. There are no Price money in the U20 category. It’s only a good opportunity to a great combined event competition.

We need your registration no later than 11 July via email to Meeting Director Sofia Jäger Stenberg. 

See below information on what we need.

A registration request does not mean that you got a place in the competition. After the registration period is over, the meeting director are going to send an email and tell you if you got a place in the competition or not.

The Registration must include the following information:

  • Athlete's first name, last name, year of birth, what category the athlete will compete in (W, M, WU20, MU20) affiliation to National Federation, Personal Best and/or Season Best (2022/2023) in Decathlon/Heptathlon. And the PB/SB in the events hurdles, 200m(hep)/400m(dec) and 100m (dec)
  • Contact information (first name, last name, e-mail address and phone number) to athlete, coach and/or athletes representatives
  • Dates of hotel nights (from, the day you arrive to the day you leave)
  • Number of meals, specified in dinner (lunch is only included/valuable on competition days)

Participation fee

95 EUR (1000 SEK)
Early bird offer for athletes how register before 17 may is 45 EUR (505 SEK)

Lunch both competition days (Saturday and Sunday) are included in the participation fee.

Accommodation fees inclusive participation fee 410 EUR (4600 SEK) including:

  • participation fee
  • transfer from/to Arlanda airport
  • hotel accommodation in Dubbel room, Thursday-Sunday or Friday-Monday
  • Dinner at hotel, Thursday - Saturday or Friday - Sunday
  • Lunch at stadium Saturday and Sunday

For more or less hotel nights and dinners the cost is
+/- 85 EUR/962 SEK

Participants how are register before 17 May only pay 365 EUR (4100 SEK) for the accommodation and participants fees

Limited Participation

Participation will be limited to maximum 24 decathletes and maximum 24 heptathletes. Late entries can be accepted only if fewer athletes than 24 have registered for the competition before 11th July at increased participation fee.
