Accreditation and accommodation

Coaches need to apply for accommodation no later than 11 June and accreditation at the latest 1 August to the Meeting Manger: Sofia Jäger Stenberg.

In the application we need below information:

• Contact information, first name, last name, email, phone number.
• Your athletes name
• Accommodation, for how many day. Example arriving on Friday and leaving on Monday.
• When you booked your flight we need to know your flight number and when you are arriving/departing.

Accommodation fees for coaches

Double room
350 EUR (3900 SEK) including:

• accreditation
• transfer from/to Arlanda
• hotel accommodation Friday-Monday (three nights)
• three dinners at hotel (Friday and Sunday)
• Lunch at stadium Saturday and Sunday
  
  Single room is 85 EUR extra each night.

The above information is for coaches that has athletes in the competition in one of the four classes W, M, WU20, MU20.
