Participation
The participation options and fees are as follows:

Participation fee, single room and meals – 6,000 SEK or approximately 545 EUR

Participation fee, double room and meals – 5,450 SEK or approximately 495 EUR
-
Participation fee with meals (no accommodation) – 4,500 SEK or approximately 410 EUR
-
Participation fee without meals and accommodation – 3,000 SEK or approximately 275 EUR
The EUR amounts listed are based on an approximate exchange rate of 1 EUR = 11 SEK. Final costs in EUR may vary depending on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
European Athletics Member Federations are eligible to apply for Coaching Summit Series Scholarship grants. For more information, please see the European Athletics website or contact your national federation.
Swedish coaches who are members of a Swedish athletics club are eligible for a refund of 1,800 SEK per participant, which will be reimbursed to the club after the event.
Registration and Payment
The last date for registration is October 15, 2025.
Upon registration, an invoice will be issued to the email address provided in the registration form. The invoice must be paid within 10 days. Please note that your registration is not confirmed until the invoice has been paid in full.
All invoices will be issued in SEK.
Any transfer or bank fees must be covered by the payer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before October 20, 2025, are free of charge.
For cancellations received after October 20, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be charged.
